Supervise and manage civil works for wind project sites including WTG foundations, crane pads, internal roads, drainage systems, transmission line foundations, and substations.
Review construction drawings and ensure execution as per design and technical specifications.
Prepare and monitor work schedules, resource allocation, and daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, industry standards, and project-specific quality requirements.
Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with Quality, Safety, and Project teams for audits and inspections.
Oversee and coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of works.
Verify contractor bills and ensure cost control as per BOQ and contracts.
Interface with design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth execution.
Support statutory approvals and liaise with local authorities when required.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and promote a safe working culture at site.
Maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, quality records, and material reconciliation.
Provide inputs for MIS and management reviews.
