Key Responsibilities: Land Identification & Acquisition Identify suitable parcels of land for wind and solar projects in coordination with the project development team. Negotiate with landowners and stakeholders to finalize purchase or lease agreements. Ensure alignment of land parcels with project layout and design requirements. Legal Due Diligence Conduct thorough title verification and coordinate with legal advisors for scrutiny of land documents. Ensure all legal clearances, registrations, and government approvals are obtained as per statutory requirements. Draft and review agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and other legal documents related to land acquisition. Liaison & Stakeholder Management Liaise with government authorities, revenue departments, and local bodies for permissions, conversions, and other approvals. Build and maintain relationships with landowners, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate records of land acquisition, agreements, and payment schedules. Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and RERA/land laws applicable to renewable energy projects. Dispute Resolution Address and resolve land-related disputes, claims, or encroachments through negotiation or legal processes. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors Degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields. LLB or equivalent legal qualification is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Testing & Commissioning Activities Assist in testing and commissioning of: Wind: WTG systems, switchyards, transmission lines, and substations (33/132/220 kV). Solar: PV modules, string inverters, central inverters, LT/HT panels, transformers, and SCADA systems. Conduct basic electrical tests (IR, HV, CT/PT ratio, polarity, relay testing) under supervision. Support integration of protection systems, synchronization, and SCADA/DAS verification. Documentation & Reporting Maintain test records, commissioning protocols, and as-built documentation. Prepare daily progress and deviation reports for T&C activities. Coordination Work closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal project teams for timely completion of testing and commissioning. Report non-conformities and assist in troubleshooting and rectification. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to IEC/IS standards and project specifications. Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, implementing best practices, and maintaining high standards of safety and environmental stewardship throughout project execution with specific expertise in WTG installations, WTG Material Movement, Solar Module EPC / Projects, Commissioning, Manpower handling and PSS Energising/Commissioning. Ensuring real-time compliance with EHS protocols across simultaneously active construction zones requires constant oversight and coordination with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors and smooth site activity flow. Managing the hazards of high-voltage equipment, inverters, substations, and grid connections and manpower handing at Construction phase. Ensuring all contractors meet corporate and legal safety requirements across all sites, including onboarding, audits, and enforcement. Reporting of the ESG parameter including stake holder compliance. 1-System Organize & execute the planned Safety actions to achieve the SHE objectives Execute comprehensive EHS policies, and procedures for Wind and Solar Projects. As per EHS objectives ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements which implemented across Project /PROJECTS site to align the EHS System across the site. Record and implement the site-specific risks register and control all documents across the sites. 2- EHS Practices & Compliance Safety compliance related actions within time frame for zero non-conformance Regular verify of compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, permits, and standards and maintain Legal Register applicable Wind and Solar Projects. Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 3 - Organize and test emergency preparedness systems (on site and off site) and procedures to ensure safe and secure work environment for all stakeholders Plan and Execute Mock drill as per Annual plan for all Projects. Sites. Regular inspect of emergency equipment and system which protect the system Import training to identified members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Arrange refresher training. Evaluate all Projects. related activity and risk involved during the operational phase. 5- Organize and monitor Safety practices and work plans through Safety Management Ensure all personnel, contractors, and stakeholders involved in all EHS Related activity of Wind / Solar Projects as per EHS Plan. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across / Projects to identify gaps in safety, environmental, and health-related competencies Regular monitor of MIS and Score card as per site activity. 6-EHS System: Facilitate & execute EHS awareness campaign & motivational programs to inculcate a sustainable & safe work culture Plan EHS Awareness Campaigns at solar/ wind Projects sites Evaluate the Site safety score and Enablon system. Inspection and record all Environment and EHS aspect at Enablon and conduct regular training. Key Purpose of the Role: Build large project schedules using Primavera P6 , ensuring timely execution through planning, coordination, and regular progress tracking. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for Solar, Wind, and Hybrid projects. Prepare and update project schedules in coordination with stakeholders . Role Summary We are looking for a resilient and field-focused professional to build our site-level security function from the ground up and lead overall site administration and industrial relations (IR) across 50+ renewable project locations in India. In the initial phase, the focus will be heavily on setting up security infrastructure and protocols (60% of time) , followed by site administration (20%) and IR/ER support (20%) . The balance of responsibilities may evolve with business needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Security Setup & Oversight (Initial Focus 60%) Design and implement end-to-end site security strategy , SOPs, and crisis management protocols. Identify and deploy security agencies, guards, tools, and surveillance systems at greenfield and brownfield sites.
