As a Learning and Development Professional at our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our learning initiatives and enhancing employee development. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitation: Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse employee groups, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention through various facilitation techniques. - Content Creation: Develop comprehensive learning materials such as e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content tailored to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles. - Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning needs across the organization and collaborate with department heads to design customized training programs that address skill gaps. - Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously evaluate and enhance training methodologies and materials. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7-10 years of experience in Learning and Development. - Proven experience in a senior learning and development role focusing on facilitation and content creation. - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
