Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager Capex role in the F&B Division, located on-site in Goregaon. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing capital expenditure projects, supporting budgeting and cost control, and ensuring smooth operations within the F&B division. The candidate will manage vendor negotiations, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support project execution while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. The role requires proactive engagement in the food and beverage service operations, fostering a high level of customer service and staff training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operational management
• Experience in Customer Service and effective team Training
• Skills in Budgeting and cost control
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Background in project management is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
