🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the creation of interactive dashboards and self-service BI tools using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

Designing scalable, high-performing data models (think star and snowflake schemas)

Building complex DAX measures, calculated fields, and jaw-dropping visualizations

Writing and optimizing SQL queries & stored procedures that pull insights from chaos

Translating business needs into smart, scalable data solutions

Mentoring junior developers and shaping BI best practices

Owning everything from workspace governance to performance tuning

Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

Advanced DAX & Data Modeling

Strong hands-on SQL

Dashboard performance tuning

Deployment pipelines & row-level security
