Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance the company s reach and client base within the study abroad industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract prospective students.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company targets and sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective partners and stakeholders regarding service offerings.
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to build relationships and represent the company.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide input into financial forecasting and budget planning processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in business development practices and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the education or study abroad sector.
  • Strong understanding of the international education landscape and study abroad processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business development purposes.
