Assistant Manager / Business Development Manager / Techno Commercial Manager (Seasonings)

As a Business Development Manager at our company in Mumbai, you will have the following responsibilities: - Manage sales and business development for direct food manufacturer, QSR, and HORECA. - Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Identify potential customers and develop plans to tap business opportunities. - Generate demand from customers by understanding their techno-commercial flavor requirements and further passing them on to the technical department in the office for solutions. - Provide regional market insights to the office. - Understand Customer Demands & Requirements and convey the same to the office through the forecasting process. - Assist the Account Department in keeping correct records on respective accounts. - Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. - Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior. - Keep track of the client's business initiatives and future plans & analyze their impact on business. Key Competencies required for this role include: - Good Verbal & written Communication - Process orientation - Good Networking skills You should be ready to be in the market 80% of the time. Qualifications required for this position are: - Minimum Graduation: Preferably a BSc, B Tech (Food Tech) or a B Pharm. - Desirable PG/ PG Diploma in Management. Experience in the Food Industry/seasonings/flavors with a business development or sales profile of 2-7 years would be an advantage.,
