Assistant Manager / Business Development Manager / Techno Commercial Manager (Seasonings)

As the Business Development Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing sales and business development activities for direct food manufacturers, QSRs, and HORECA clients in the Mumbai region, with a willingness to travel and cover South India as well. Your key accountabilities will include: - Managing sales and business development for direct food manufacturers, QSRs, and HORECA clients. - Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by staying in contact with all customers in the market area. - Identifying potential customers, developing business plans, and tapping into new business opportunities. - Generating demand from customers by understanding their techno-commercial flavor requirements and communicating them to the technical department for solutions. - Providing regional market insights to the office and assisting the Account Department in maintaining accurate records. - Keeping track of pricing, sales, and activity reports, while also monitoring clients" business initiatives and future plans to analyze their impact. Key Competencies required for this role include: - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Process orientation. - Strong networking skills. You should be prepared to spend 80% of your time in the market. The prerequisites for this position are as follows: Qualifications: - Minimum Graduation: Preferably a BSc, B Tech (Food Tech), or a B Pharm. - Desirable: PG/PG Diploma in Management. Experience: - 2 to 7 years of experience in the Food Industry, seasonings, or flavors with a business development or sales profile.
