Assistant Manager Branding

Key Responsibilities

• Execute brand-building initiatives across offline marketing channels.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and manage events including product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all physical assets signage, installations, event branding, and promotional materials.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, print vendors, and other external partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  
• Monitor event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and manage logistical operations.
  
• Stay abreast of local market trends and competitors to propose and execute innovative BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing ideas.
  
• Lead and oversee on-ground brand activations tailored to specific target audiences.
  
• Track performance, analyze ROI, and prepare comprehensive post-event reports with key insights and improvements.
  
• Maintain ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution within tight deadlines.
  
• Align branding strategies and executions with cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive messaging and brand identity.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  
• 35 years of relevant experience in offline branding, BTL marketing, or event management.
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate budgets, and oversee event logistics.
  
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and visual identity.
  
• Proficiency in preparing analytical reports and tracking ROI of campaigns.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in high-pressure environments.
  
• Working knowledge of print production and branding materials (preferred).
  
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control processes.
