Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve business objective and revenue targets within the assigned one

  • Business Development- Getting RFQs from customers and converting them into business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and identify new businesses opportunities from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
  • Control pricing, deal price and other sales proposal activities.
  • Identify new markets to expand our market base to increase revenue and profit generating.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of the EV components business, including product functionality and market dynamics.

Hands-on experience with Motors, Motor Control Units (MCUs), and Chargers.

Prior experience in Powertrain systems is a strong advantage.

Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
