Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned business targets for Unsecured Business Loans.
Source new customers through field visits, market research, and networking.
Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure high portfolio quality.
Handle the loan process including lead generation, assessment, documentation, and disbursement follow-up.
Track competition activities and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain full compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in:

Open Market Field Sales
DSA Handling
