Unsecured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and business targets for Unsecured Business Loans in the assigned territory.
Source customers from open market channels, referrals, and business networks.
Build and manage relationships with DSAs and other channel partners.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into successful business.
Coordinate with internal teams for credit evaluation, documentation, and disbursements.
Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market competition and identify new opportunities for growth.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
