We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager (One Female & One Male Candidate) to promote and sell gynecology-related products. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, generating leads, building strong customer relationships with clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on potential leads for gynecology products.
Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote products.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).
Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams.
Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ products.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy background preferred, not mandatory).
Proven experience in tele-sales/indoor sales (preferably in pharma/healthcare products).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Ability to understand and explain medical products.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persuasive personality.
