Job Description: Physician Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our medical team. The PA will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide patient care, conduct clinical assessments, assist in medical procedures, and ensure smooth coordination of treatment. This role requires strong medical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Clinical Support
• Take detailed patient histories and perform initial examinations.
• Record symptoms, vital signs, and medical information accurately.
• Assist physicians during consultations, medical procedures, and minor surgeries.
• Medical Assistance
• Prescribe medications, order tests, and interpret results under physician supervision (as per regulations).
• Assist in diagnosing and developing treatment plans.
• Coordination & Follow-up
• Monitor patient progress and follow up with necessary care.
• Coordinate with technicians and other medical staff for seamless patient management.
• Documentation & Records Management
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient files.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between physician and patient for clear communication.
• Follow clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical medical practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nursing, or related medical field.

• Valid certification / license as a Physician Assistant (if applicable as per region).
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under physician supervision.
• Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
