Job Title: Physician Assistant (Fresher / Entry-Level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate who is eager to apply clinical knowledge, assist in patient care, and grow under the guidance of experienced physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist supervising physicians in patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Perform basic medical procedures such as wound dressing, injections, and sample collection.
• Take and document patient histories, vital signs, and progress notes.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) under supervision.
• Support in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care and treatment adherence.
• Assist in clinical rounds, outpatient consultations, and minor procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (EMRs).
• Basic knowledge of pharmacology and medical terminology.

• Competitive entry-level salary based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
