Job Description

Accountable for resourceplanning and delegation of work within team

Develop functional knowledge ofall processes.

Create and maintain a schedulefor all initiatives and drive completion of tasks by the agreed deadlines

Plan ahead and communicateproject/task status in a timely manner

Work with the team to documentall processes and tools as needed

Conduct monthly reviews withstakeholders

Ensure processes are effectiveand maximize shared and re-usable resources

Accountable for performancemanagement of individual team members

Support and guide team members

Actively build the team -hiring, retention, training, and developing team members.

Requirements

Develop and maintain clear, concise reporting on KPIs measuringonline support performance by analyzing web metrics.

Mine and analyse data to identify patterns and correlations amongthe various data points

Design, create and deliver data reports & insights in the formof presentations and share with business teams

Experience working in the field of analytics, reporting outmetrics and deep dive analytics

Good Analytical problem-solving skills and an aptitude for quicklearning

Strong proficiency with SQL for data analysis andbuilding end to end data pipelines.

Ability to write complex queries and understanding of databaseconcepts.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills and an aptitude forlearning quickly

Expert in data analysis and presentation tools

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Experience in web analytics and tools like (Adobe Omniture, Googleanalytics etc)

Experience with programming languageslike Python & Unix Shell for data pipeline automationand analysis

Knowledge of statistics concepts and Machine learning algorithmslike regression, clustering etc

Education

MBA inBusiness Analytics or M.Tech/M.S. in related field with 10+ years experience inthe area of Data analytics & customer insights with at least 2 year experience as a peoplemanager managing teams.
