Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Sourcing Senior Analyst

In this role, ensure there is timely planning and execution of projects and hands on experience in analytics reporting as well as data management.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Data Management:

• 
  

  Develop data templates, as needed, to collect data from various sources

• 
  

  Manage Spend Refresh Process (either through 3rd party tool implementation or manual data collection from client sources)

• 
  

  Own data validation, cleansing, normalization, and classification

• 
  

  Become expert on client data & tools

• 
  

  Data Analysis & Reporting:

• 
  

  Collaborate with PMO, Genpact & Client Category Teams to identify ongoing reports needed, report requirements, frequency, etc. and deliver respective reports

• 
  

  Deliver ad-hoc reports as needed

• 
  

  Calculate & report key metrics leveraging both spend & savings data (i.e. YoY Spend Trend, Preferred Spend %)

• 
  

  Develop high-level spend analytics views in Excel (top spend, spend by category, etc)

• 
  

  Process Implementation:

• 
  

  Collaborate with Senior Resources on account to define processes

• 
  

  Manage roll out of a defined process - developing templates, maintaining project timeline and coordinating with stakeholders

• 
  

  Project & Initiative Support:

• 
  

  Provide support on adhoc account initiatives as needed

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  

  BCOM/MCOM

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 
  

  Exposure to analytics and opportunity assessment

• 
  

  Good understanding of Sourcing & Procurement domain

• 
  

  Experience in Sourcing Spend & Savings Analytics, Commodity Classification, & Data Refresh Process

• 
  

  Familiarity with technology landscape including Data Science, AI, ML, and Data Engineering concepts

• 
  

  Competency in Indirect Sourcing categories

• 
  

  Knowledge of systems landscape in Source-to-Pay (S2P) space

• 
  

  Experience managing data across multiple Oracle, SAP, and ERP platforms

• 
  

  Communicate and execute deliverables in fluent English (Professional Proficient Fluency)

• 
  

  Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• 
  

  Clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing

• 
  

  Demonstrated excellent Excel skills (through a Genpact-administered test) Preferably proficient in Power BI
