As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking an Assistant Manager – Administration to support the smooth and efficient functioning of our Tiruvallur Factory.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring seamless factory operations, and supporting the management team in maintaining compliance, discipline, and organisational efficiency. You will play a key role in coordinating essential functions that enhance operational continuity and workforce productivity. Candidates from Kerala and Tamil Nadu are preferred due to language proficiency and regional operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the factory.

• Ensure smooth coordination between departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the maintenance of administrative records, documentation and attendance.

• Support factory management in implementing company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to administration.

• Supervise facility management, utilities, and the general upkeep of factory infrastructure.

• Assist in planning and organising operational initiatives to improve overall efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage daily operations independently with efficiency and discipline.

• Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English (spoken and written).

• Solid understanding of administrative processes, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment.

• Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala or Tamil Nadu.
