1. The candidate can take care canteen and cafeteria.
2. The candidate can take care of transport facility (Buses).
3. The Candidate can take care of housekeeping of entire building.
4. The Candidate can take care of Security of the premises.
5. The Candidate can take care of green belt & Horticulture.
6. The Candidate can take care of electrical work, DG, Compressor, AC wiring, UPS etc.
7. Vendor Management and their agreements.
8. Renewal of Agreements - Vendors & Lease
9. Follow up with vendors for timely submisson of bills and their payment.
10. Support to HRD
11. AMCs
12. The Candidate can check and monitor fire extinguishers and provide training.
13. Can handle Petty cash.
14. Asset Management.
15. Stock Management.
16. Liaisoning with Govt. Officials
17. Handling Events
18. Inventory of Company's Equipment & other Assets
Good in Ms Excel and PPT presentation, Relevant experience of 7+ years, Good Communication skills and advance excel know. Any Graduate.
