Job description:

Your key deliverables will be:

1. Monthly verification of inward and outward supplies for correctness of transaction and upload return on GST portal.

2. Reverse charge mechanism [GST] to be checked on a monthly basis.

3. Bank reconciliation should be done every month with a bank statement and the same to be maintained in file.

4. For verification of the cost of inward supply, create a cost center to know the average price of goods and services.

5. Inter- company reconciliation on a monthly basis.

6. TDS deducted by supplier on outward goods and services to be booked on a regular interval to calculate income tax liabilities.

7. Every expense should be booked through a control ledger by journal entry to avoid double payment.

8. All expenses should be booked on a regular basis to know the correctness of profitability.

9. GST amount lying as input credit in books should be reconciled.

10. Every month end stock taking system should be maintained by the operation department and at the end of the financial year 31 st March.

11. Cash reconciliation should be done physically every day with cash book.

12. Test check for Gst registration number of supplier should be verified during receipt of invoice to avoid canceled status liability.

13. Arrange to have supplier account statements to reconcile with our books of accounts on a regular basis to avoid duplication of invoices.

14. Most important is to check all the payment to supplier is done within 45 days to avoid any loss to company.

15. Various quotation should be taken from suppliers to get best price for material used in repair and maintenance.

16. Preparation of the business performance reviews through reports, data analysis and product cost trend. MIS Report -All verticals & companies.

17. All Statutory audit and compliances.

18. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Payments

19. Budget Projections and data analysis. 20. Participate in Financial Audit & Physical Audit Checks
