Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable to join our esteemed team at Hotel Hyatt Regency Lucknow. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring precision in reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee GSTR1 filing and reconciliation
• Conduct reconciliations with F&B aggregators
• Manage TDS computation and compliance
• Handle credit card management and reconciliation
• Perform aging reviews and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding dues
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and discrepancies
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues and disputes
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits
• Train and mentor junior staff in accounts receivable processes and best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable within a 5-star hotel environment
• Strong proficiency in accounting principles and practices
