Job Summary:

detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly

  P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements

• Ensure

  GST, TDS, Income Tax

  filings and compliance
• Manage

  cost & inventory accounting

  , including variance analysis
• Handle

  audits

  , liaise with auditors and tax consultants
• Drive

  budgeting and forecasting

  activities
• Monitor

  production cost

  , inventory valuation, and cost optimization
• Improve processes through

  ERP automation

• Lead a small team of junior accountants and coordinate with sales/procurement
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance

• Experience:

  5+ years in accounting (FMCG/Food Processing preferred)

• Industry Preference:

  Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG
