Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager (Accountant) to join our team in Udhyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and be responsible for managing accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including GST and TDS returns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist with debtors chasing and prepare internal reports on Sales & Customer orders.
  • Deal with auditors for statutory audits and support HR & admin activities.
Job Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA/PGDM degree.
  • Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as Tally, is required.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the preparation of details for filing returns like-GSTR-1, 3B, 4, 9, 9C, and preparing data for GST audit/reply to notice is essential.
  • Familiarity with TDS/TCS and filing of returns is necessary.
  • Experience in entering supplier invoices, bank vouchers, and cash vouchers into an ERP system is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bank reconciliations and bank payments is expected.
  • Ability to handle supplier, client, and invoice queries effectively.
  • Experience in preparing internal reports on Sales & Customer orders is beneficial.
  • Skills in GST and TDS, Bank Reconciliation, TDS Return, GST Return, Tally, Tally ERP, and Walk-in are advantageous.
