Requirements:

Candidate must have a
finance background
such as
B. Com, BBA (Finance), M. Com, or MBA (Finance),
with professional certifications as an added advantage.
Should have
8+ years of hands-on experience
in accounting operations, including
AR, AP, and Reconciliations
.
A minimum of
2 years of team handling experience is mandatory
, with proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
Strong understanding of
accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls
is required.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
