• Perform end-to-end

  Business Analysis

  – requirement gathering, documentation, and functional elaboration.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure business needs are translated effectively.
  
• Liaise with business stakeholders to validate requirements and scope.
  
• (Manager Level) Mentor a team of analysts and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in tax processes.
