Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience, you will focus on data governance and master data management (MDM) using tools such as Talend, Informatica, Reltio, etc. Your proven track record should include working on projects within the auto/manufacturing industry, ideally with exposure to systems like 3DS, Team Centre, SAP S/4HANA, MDG, or Blue Yonder. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and apply MDM concepts, data flows, and governance frameworks effectively. - Familiarize yourself with auto-specific data domains like ECCMA/E-Class Schema. - Utilize process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or BPMN for documentation standards. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus. - Methodical and structured approach to problem-solving and project delivery. - Ability to summarize complex information into clear, concise recommendations. - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, or MDM-specific credentials) are a plus but not required.
