Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in G&A budget control and FP&A, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure effective financial management and reporting. You will be based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model and report to the Senior Director of Finance. Your academic qualifications may include B.Com with CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA Finance/CA/CWA Inter, M.Com, or other related professional qualifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage budget for assigned cost centers, prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis. - Collaborate with business leaders to develop the annual plan, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and manage the close process. - Develop accurate financial forecasts highlighting key variances, opportunities, and issues. - Support business leaders in daily operations and performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations through data analysis. - Coordinate cost control measures and monitor invoices, PRs, and POs for accurate financial reporting. - Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed by business leaders. **FP&A Responsibilities:** - Consolidate P&L and Cash flow reporting across segments and legal entities. - Prepare WW P&L forecast, analyze revenue variances, and review costs for operational efficiency. - Manage indirect cost allocations and Capex tracking. - Support ERP system implementation and ensure data integrity in financial reporting tools. - Present financial reports to ESM, Board, and management, including competitor benchmarking analysis and KPIs. **Required Skills:** - 6-10 years of experience in quantitative financial roles, preferably in IT Services/Software industry. - Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting, and finance concepts. - Basic knowledge of Banking and treasury functions. - Excellent communication skills, time management, and attention to detail. - Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. - Experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and client engagement. Your role as an Assistant Manager in G&A budget control and FP&A will require you to apply your expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis to support the company's financial goals and decision-making processes effectively.,
