Assistant Mall Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Mall Manager to support the daily operations and administration of our mall. The role involves overseeing facilities, coordinating with tenants, managing staff & vendors, supporting events/marketing activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Mall Manager in day-to-day operations of the mall.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, parking, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with tenants for operational requirements, complaints and support leasing/renewals.
• Monitor budgets, billing, collections (rent, CAM, utilities) and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and facility management standards.
• Coordinate mall events, promotions and marketing initiatives to boost footfall.
• Handle customer queries and ensure service quality.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors, ensuring service level agreements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility/Property Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in mall operations, retail, facility management or hospitality.
• Strong communication, coordination and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
