As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, handling communication with airlines and shipping lines and coordinating shipments efficiently. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: 1) Generating Packing list, Labels, Declaration & etc documents. 2) Paper Filling. 3) Cost sheet Management. 4) Handling all Logistics part which includes co-ordination with CHAs" and freight forwarders regarding shipments. Must be well versed with knowledge of INCOTERMS such as FOB, CIF, C&l, C&F etc. 4) Responsible for generating invoices, Packing List and other related documents as required.,
