Role Description We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Interior Designer to join our Indore team. In this full-time on-site role, you will work closely with our design and execution teams to create visually compelling, functional, and high-performance commercial interiors. Key Responsibilities: Assist in space planning , layout development , and interior detailing Prepare architecture and construction drawings Support in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and documentation Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams during project execution Maintain project documentation and ensure timelines are met Assist in site coordination , quality checks, and material approvals Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design , Architecture , or a related field 1–2 years of experience in commercial interior design projects (preferably offices, coworking spaces, or retail) Strong command over AutoCAD , SketchUp , and Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of design trends , materials , and furniture selection Excellent visualization , communication , and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines Perks & Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Exposure to high-end commercial interior projects Opportunity to grow in a design-forward, innovation-led environment Work alongside an energetic and passionate team If you’re creative, detail-driven, and passionate about transforming workspaces — we’d love to meet you!
