Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Nashik. You will work directly with the Founder of Indxart and be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks that support the day-to-day functioning of the gallery.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Founder in daily operational and personal tasks

• Coordinating with artists, collectors, and institutional clients

• Managing schedules, meetings, and communications

• Maintaining records, documentation, and databases

• Conducting research and drafting emails, reports, and proposals

• Supporting planning and execution of exhibitions, collaborations, and events

• Leveraging tools like ChatGPT or AI platforms for communication, research, and documentation tasks

• Managing social media content drafts and online outreach (preferred)

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Quick thinker with an adaptive and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Workspace

• Familiarity or willingness to use AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline tasks

• Prior experience coordinating events/exhibitions is a plus

• Interest in Indian contemporary art is preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
