Assistant Human Resources Manager

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, managing employee relations issues, and providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters. You will be required to monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will implement and maintain the Performance Review Process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, with at least 3 years of experience as a Manager or Team Lead. A master's degree in management is a must. You should have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, along with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR to enhance the employee experience.
