Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR with a minimum of 6 months of HR internship experience to support daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, organized, and willing to learn and grow in the HR field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Support in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and attendance records
• Help in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months HR internship experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
