Assistant House Manager

Location- Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day supervision of household staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, etc.)
• Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and functionality
• Maintain stock of household supplies and coordinate procurement as required
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance work, service providers, and vendors
• Support in organizing family events, gatherings, and guest visits
• Greet and manage guests, ensuring top-tier hospitality
• Handle laundry, wardrobe management, and other personal service tasks as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy of the residents
• Be available for any urgent requirements or support during non-standard hours.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in managing or assisting in high-end private residences or hospitality roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, proactive, and reliable
• High level of discretion, integrity, and service orientation
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and staff coordination

• Willingness to stay at the residence full-time
