Role Description

This is a full-time on-site(and field) role for an Assistant General Manager - Sales and Marketing. The individual will be responsible for overseeing general management tasks, driving sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and leading a team. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with various departments to achieve business objectives.

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and developing sales strategies.
• Skills in General Management and Team Management.
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
