Assistant General Manager (AGM) -Project & Plant Engineering Nagpur

Position Title:

Roles & Responsibility

• To ensure effective implementation for Preventive maintenance of plant machines.
• To ensure available of spares, critical component of all machines in co-ordination store and purchase department with
• To review utility consumption on daily basis and report to concern.
• To ensure installation of new machines and equipment as per QMS.
• To Handle audits/visits related compliance.
• To improve data integrity and ensure its compliance.
• To ensure systems and equipment qualification activities as per Validation Master Plan.
• To ensure the operational expenses for machine spare, job work, Electrical consumption and other utility.
• To provide direction and guidance to the Engineering team and ensure inter departmental and cross functional activities are aligned to achieve the required compliance at the site.
• To ensure planning and execution towards existing area modification and new project.
• To ensure for utility section for production, QC area.
• To ensure shift schedule for production activity and manpower planning.
• To ensure effective training of SOP's.
• Reduced the energy cost by effective monitoring and controlling the HVAC and utilities.
• Monitoring of Predictive and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled & Implementation & accomplished and emergency troubleshooting & maintenance support are readily available.
• Coordinate with vendor and user for planning and execution of calibration, validation activity for all section. Of Responsible for Generation of Purified water as per the specification in guideline USP/IP/BP and distribute to manufacturing department and QC department in General manufacturing, ODS & Cephalosporin.
• HVAC validation for AHU, LAF, RLAF, Equipment AHU, Dynamic pass box for all section.
• Daily meeting representation and solution to user department for the problems.
• Qualification of instrument there AMC and CMC management.
• Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of utility and electrical equipment.
• Maintenance, calibration and AMCs of weighing balances and instruments with minor breakdown.

Key Requirements:

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in project and plant engineering, preferably in manufacturing, steel, cement, chemical, or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, mechanical systems, and plant utilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
