Job Description

As a full-time paid staff member at the organization, your role will involve overseeing all fundraising, donor management, and communications endeavors. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing all correspondence with donor partners and stakeholders - Writing persuasive and effective grant proposals and giving presentations to grant committees - Creating creative and appealing periodical impact reports for donors - Establishing and implementing partnerships with corporate social responsibility departments and other NGOs to raise funds, in-kind donations, and awareness - Maintaining a database of potential and existing donors" philanthropic interests and history of donations - Preparing financial statements for donors and public use in collaboration with the Accountant - Securing funding and in-kind donations across the entire spectrum of donor types - Coordinating seasonal fundraising campaigns via email, mail, website, social media, and events - Working closely with the accounts team to manage proposed budgets and fund utilization - Collaborating with the Monitoring & Evaluation, Program, and Documentation team to manage donor relations In terms of communications, you will be responsible for: - Creating seasonal fundraising campaigns via email, mail, website, and social media in collaboration with the team - Preparing and distributing press releases for immediate release for important events and announcements - Compiling quarterly newsletters for distribution within one month of the end of the quarter - Preparing the annual report of the last financial year for distribution - Increasing community awareness of the organization - Managing the organization's website in collaboration with Kabana Online Com - Creating content and managing social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube Requirements for this position include: - Highly professional written and oral fluency in English and Hindi - Advanced skills in MS Office (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Coral draw, other video editor preferred but not necessary) - Strong networking, written communication, and public speaking skills - Creativity and flexibility in implementation You are expected to have a total experience of 3-4 years in the women's sector.
