Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Floor Manager located in Indore. The Assistant Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the floor manager in maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves coordinating team training and addressing any operational challenges that arise.

• Proven skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing high-quality Customer Service
• Strong Communication abilities for effective interaction with customers, staff, and management
• Experience in Operations Management to ensure seamless daily operations
• Capability in Training team members to enhance performance and service standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus
• Diploma or degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
