Qualifications Proven skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing high-quality Customer Service Strong Communication abilities for effective interaction with customers, staff, and management Experience in Operations Management to ensure seamless daily operations Capability in Training team members to enhance performance and service standards Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus Diploma or degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
