Assist Finance Manager in planning financial budgets to increase the operational efficiency of the organization Assist to monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources Preparing balance sheet, P&L statements, invoices, etc Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitoring bank transfers and payments, etc. Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibilities. Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments Monitor the economic and financial changes Assist in financial audits Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably at a start-up. Proven work experience as a Assistant or Executive position or similar role Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures Experience using financial software, new age tools, e-Invoicing Advanced MS Excel skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data At Least a bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics Professional qualification as an MBA or CA Inter is considered a plus
