Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Finance Controller to manage financial reporting, controls, compliance, and governance. This role will work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in strengthening financial discipline while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, MIS, and month-end/quarter-end closures
• Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Ensure strong internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Oversee statutory and regulatory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, PF, etc.)
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and external partners
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis
• Monitor working capital, inventory, receivables, and payables
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and automation

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / equivalent finance qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (D2C / FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting, and compliances
• Experience in growth-stage or fast-paced environments is an advantage
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
