About the Role

Junior Garment Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to translate design concepts into

  technical specifications and basic tech packs

  .
• Support in preparing

  specification sheets

  for sizing, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Assist senior garment technicians and designers in

  sample development and fittings

  .
• Observe and take part in

  quality checks

  on garments during sampling and production.
• Maintain an organized record of

  fabrics, trims, swatches, and documentation

  .
• Provide support in day-to-day

  production coordination

  and pre-production activities.
• Gain knowledge in

  fit standards, construction techniques, and finishing processes

  .

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in

  Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field

  .
• Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics (academic knowledge acceptable).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fashion-tech environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Passionate about luxury fashion, tailoring, and innovation.
