Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer based in Gurugram. The Assistant Fashion Designer will be responsible for assisting in the design and creation of fashion collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on fashion designs, analyzing textiles, coordinating fittings, assisting with embroidery designs, and supporting the execution of fashion projects. This role collaborates closely with senior designers and production teams to ensure quality output and adherence to project timelines.

• Proficiency in Fashion Design and familiarity with current trends
• Understanding of Textiles and material compatibility
• Experience and skills in Embroidery and decorative techniques
• Knowledge of Fitting and garment construction processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills to support design teams
• Relevant education or training in fashion design or textile-related fields
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
