Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Engineer – Quality IQC at our facility in Panipat. The role involves performing quality checks on incoming raw material, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality standards. The Assistant Engineer will analyze and address quality issues, create quality control documentation, and work closely with other departments to maintain and improve material and product quality. Regular reporting and documentation of inspection results will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and understanding of Quality Control and Inspection processes
• Knowledge of calibration techniques and analysis of raw materials
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing quality concerns
• Familiarity with quality standards and processes for electrical and electronic manufacturing
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with quality control tools and equipment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, or related fields)
• Knowledge of industry best practices is an added advantage
