Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Noida. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communications, organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The role also involves handling documentation, preparing reports, and supporting various departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
