Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings and schedules, conducting research, handling documentation, and assisting in project management. Additional tasks may include preparing reports, maintaining records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Administrative support including scheduling, correspondence management, and documentation handling
Strong research and report preparation skills
Experience in project management and coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
