Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, conducting research, and preparing reports. The role will also involve handling correspondence, organizing files, and supporting various projects as needed. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient communication within the team.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating meetings
Strong research and report preparation skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to handle correspondence
Experience in organizing files and supporting various projects
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience in the tech or healthcare industry is a plus
