Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Panvel. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and providing clerical support. The role also includes supporting executives with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong Clerical Skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
