As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities at an upcoming Christian Church located in the city center of Thrisur. Whether you have experience or are a fresh graduate with a Civil diploma/B.Tech, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of the project. Your main duties will include working as a junior site in charge, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the project plans and specifications. You will be responsible for coordinating with the construction team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and meets the required quality standards. Your role will also involve monitoring the site for compliance with safety regulations and ensuring that all workers follow proper safety protocols. Additionally, you may be required to report on the progress of the project to senior management and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.
