Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting strategic projects. Additional tasks include data entry, document organization, and facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
